Find work before it hits SAM
The easiest contracts to win are the ones you see early. Two moves: set the notice type above to Sources Sought (agencies asking who is out there — answering builds your reputation before the RFP exists), or open an agency’s buying forecast. Curated forecast rows (planning signals — not RFPs) load below when you are on Basic+:
Beyond federal SAM (not ingested here — open the source portals; login often required):
SAM attachments get downloaded by our worker. When text is extracted, you can search inside the SOW/RFP — “past performance,” “key personnel,” “CUI” — without opening twenty PDFs. Paste works offline if extract is still catching up.
- Find a notice in List, open its attachments (or wait for extract).
- Search here for the clause that decides bid/no-bid.
